Waylun opened its first pet store, "Waylun Pet Shop," in Hong Kong's Shatin District, and the same year Waylun Trading Company was established.

Waylun partnered with PURINA (the world's largest pet food manufacturer), eventually securing the role of general agent in Hong Kong. This transition shifted our business from a local pet shop to a prominent distributor.
1998
Waylun arranged for a research team to visit PURINA's US headquarters, aiming to gain insights into the latest developments in pet nutrition and factory management. The objective is to enhance the quality of product to our beloved pets.
2002
Waylun partnered with well-known pet food manufacturers Diamond Pet Foods and Animonda Petcare Gmbh to become the brand's representative.
2006
Waylun expanded its market to China and established an office there to strengthen its business development and operations in the region.

Waylun prioritized pet health through extensive research, laying the groundwork for our signature dry pet food line. This commitment became the cornerstone for future innovations, demonstrating our unwavering commitment to providing the best possible nutrition for our cherished companions

Waylun achieved a significant milestone by proudly introducing ”Be my baby," a specialized dog dry food crafted by experienced veterinarians. Manufactured by Diamond Pet Food, a global industry leader ranking sixth, these products cater to the unique needs of dogs dealing with tear stains and soft stool issues.

A transformative phase begins for Waylun with a noteworthy restructuring, signifying a pivotal juncture in its ongoing journey. The company has shifted its focus towards international growth, actively venturing into new markets across borders.

Waylun successfully exported the Be my baby® brand to South Korea

Waylun proudly holds the exclusive distributorship for renowned Japanese brands Petio, Mind Up, and OPPO. Our dedicated efforts have resulted in the successful introduction of their exceptional products to the Hong Kong market.

Introducing "My Baby Pet Line" Cat Tofu Litter by Waylun , a new eco-friendly and cat-safe product line. What makes it unique are its exclusive scents – Green Tea, Corn, Cherry Blossom, and Lily of the Valley, rare and unparalleled in the pet care market. Waylun takes pride in offering cat owners a distinctive and delightful option, ensuring an unmatched experience for both pets and their human companions.

we officially expanded into Japan, marking a significant milestone that highlights our growth. This expansion not only demonstrates our commitment to exploring new markets but also further strengthens our influence in the global pet care industry.

Waylun made a substantial investment in constructing a showroom located in the Tsuen Wan District. The primary focus of this showroom was to offer customers an exceptional experience. It served as a physical destination where clients could personally engage with the company's products, enriching their connection with the brand.

A crucial year in our company's history, we embarked on a transformative journey. This included the rebranding of Be my baby® packages and the careful refinement of the formula to perfectly meet the needs of our cherished pets. The same year, Waylun expanded its presence in Hong Kong by enlarging its office space.

We repositioned our extended office to the Japan, marking the beginning of expansion. Our brand Be my baby® made successful inroads into both the Japan and China markets and developed an exclusive cat canned food formula, scheduled for release next year. This dual transformation marked a notable chapter in our history, demonstrating our commitment to innovation and growth.

Waylun has introduced an innovative product as part of the "MBPL Care" line – a dual-purpose deodorant and grooming spray. Utilizing cutting-edge nano-technology, this product transforms purified soy fatty acids into nano-sized particles. This approach provides the spray with multi-functionality, encompassing cleaning, virus removal, deodorizing, and antibacterial properties. Additionally, the grooming spray nourishes pet hair, ensuring it remains soft and clean.

Waylun celebrated its 33rd anniversary by launching a new logo that symbolizes the company's growth and commitment to the future. The new logo reflects our history and vision for the future, connecting us with our valued customers and laying the foundation for future development.
